  • Our main purpose is to provide our guests at Pelham House Resort and all the dining outlets with the freshest, highest quality and most delicious baked goods. We base our production off the needs of the Resort, therefore are only able to add certain items on a rotational basis to our bakery offerings. We are bringing our new Pelham On The Rise bakery retail to you, simply because we couldn’t resist the opportunity to share our passion and prouducts with you. With our small dedicated team we will do our best to grow and share the magic of Pelham baked goods to everyone!

  • • We have an open bakeshop! This means that you get a behind-the-scenes look at everything we are producing, while we make it. Everything is produced on the left side of our bakery then wheeled over to the right side to be sold at our storefront.

    • We can offer guests items that they can find at the resort, but also offer unique items that are always made from scratch, using real, quality ingredients.

    • We work with a rotational menu, offering items that we think are delicious and exciting. This means you may never see the same menu twice.

    • We do special menus available for pre-order for almost every holiday.

  • We encourage online pre-ordering so you can see our selection and secure your items before they sell out for the day. Since everything is made from scratch and baked fresh that day, we are only able to produce a limited amount of some products. Another benefit of pre-ordering is that with a rotating menu, we will have a few consistent items but most of the menu will change frequently. This will allow you to see what our offering for the day are!

  • It’s as simple as heading into the retail side of our bakery (on the right) and we will have your order ready on the counter with your name labeled on the packaging.

  • • Pastries: The night before for pickup up to order at the counter (no preorder)

    • Custom Cakes: Anytime up to 48 hours before

    • Holiday Specials: within the pre-sale window allotted online

    • Large orders: Anytime up to 48 hours in advance

  • • Please call (508) 398-6076 to place a custom cake order.

    • Special order cakes (and other special requests) should be placed and confirmed 48 hours ahead of time. Payment is collected at the time the order is placed.

    • We can attach a dining reservation, upon request, to any order. This way, if the guest has a reservation at any of our 4 restaurants, we can send the item(s) directly there and have it served to them.

    • The finishing of our cakes will be as they appear on the website. Any special requests to change details on the cake must be approved ahead of time. Upon confirming the order, we will ask for the message you would like on the cake.

    • We currently have a menu of three different selections for special order cakes. Anything outside of those options will be treated as a special request and are subject to pricing and ordering window alterations.

  • Any cancellations 48 hours before the requested time will get a refund. Any cancellation within 48 hours, will not be refunded. If you cancel their dining reservation, you may still pickup your cake at the bakery.

  • We use wheat flour, nuts and all other common allergens in some form in our bakeshop. Therefore, we cannot make any guarantees regarding cross-contact, although we try our hardest to make the requested items as safe as possible.
